Curry Boot Camp

Young people from the secondary schools in Corby and Uppingham have been taking part in the unique "Curry Boot Camp" during May to teach them some of the skills of Indian cooking . The participants have been taught to cook a traditional Indian Biryani dish in two strengths, mild and spicy and have also served up their creation to specially invited guests, including the Mayor, at a celebratory lunch on Tuesday 15th May 2012, at the Bombay Dynasty Indian Restaurant.

Calendar Competition between Academies
