This is just a quick update - full details of the results and some photos will be on the website as soon as possible.  I know a lot of people will sleep well tonight after a good dose of open-air, some serious cheering and hot competition in all the events.

Special praise of course for the two individual winners of the two 'Victor Ludorum' cups - Katie Fowler and Lee Donnelly-Rees who didn't just put in superb individual performances but they also inspired their Houses.

It wasn't just the athletes who were amazing today, it was the support.  I doubt that the stand at Rockingham Triangle has made so much noise for a long time and all the cheerleaders and banner makers in Parker, Brady, Dickson and Rumbelow Houses well done.
